Group History

The group was founded in 2004 by Zoran Jovanovic with the plan to run a business in the area of IT consolidation. Since this was to that time ever seen in conjunction of certain technologies, had Prosper Intelligence GmbH in addition to its services including software technologies in its portfolio.

 

Technologies need local support! To ensure this, a subsidiary in Bratislava, Slovak Republic was founded. Matrix Support Centre s.r.o. began operating in April 2005 and could provide 24x7 support. For several years, this combination could work well. In 2007 there began the variety of solutions to appear on the IT market. For customers, it had become increasingly difficult to understand what impact the use of various technologies will have. Manufacturers business cases have been called into question. Within the Prosper Intelligence GmbH, the decision was made ​​to establish a subsidiary which is exclusively and independently with the consulting and services in the area of ​​IT consolidation, IT Compliance and IT due diligence.

 

In January 2008, this company was created with the name VCA AG.
 With the start of the financial crisis has given more incentive to expand these services. Customer were now even more compelled to optimize IT spending. Therefore, changes in the portfolio of services were performed as well in the organization within the Group. An important aspect was the integration of technical support in larger projects. Among other important things in this company was also renamed in VCA s.r.o. The entire portfolio has been consolidated to Transformation Services and there was a reorganization of the services in modules. This portfolio was now "VCA Services for BlueChips", and consists of 30 service modules which can be ordered by the customer individually or in packages.
